We provide inclusive supports across NSW including (not just) Greater South-Western Sydney, Inner West, The Hills District and Sydney CBD. Happy Branches can connect you in with support workers that put you first. We understand that every individual is unique, with a whole bunch of skills and talents waiting to be unleashed!
We believe your journey requires patience, time and care and we will be by your side to build important life skills, make meaningful connections with your community and friendships. That’s why we offer 1:1 support, ensuring that you receive the support you need to reach your full potential with few laughs along the way. This might be learning TikTok dance moves, having a smoothie at the local café or exploring the outdoors.

Support Coordination
Fancy a laugh? Want to connect, learn and build meaningful friendships? Our social group and activities are a warm and welcoming space for individuals of all abilities to become part of a nurturing group.
Our Disability Social Groups and Activities provide a welcoming space for individuals to connect, engage, and thrive within a supportive community. From recreational outings to skill-building workshops, our diverse range of activities is designed to foster friendships, build confidence, and promote inclusion. By embracing diversity and celebrating individual strengths, we create meaningful opportunities for personal growth and enriching social experiences, empowering every participant to live life to the fullest.
School Leavers Employment Support (SLES)
School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) is a tailored program designed to assist young individuals transitioning from school to employment. Our SLES program aims to paving the way for a brighter future beyond the classroom, with practical and tactile hands-on learning based on your abilities.
Through personalised coaching, skill development, and practical experiences, SLES empowers you to gain confidence, independence, and the necessary tools to enter the workforce successfully. Whether it’s the local tuck shop or Bunnings we will link you into real life work experiences; once you’re ready to go solo we will support you to pave your future employment.
Employment Support
At our disability employment support services, we are committed to advocating for inclusive workplaces where individuals with diverse abilities are valued and upskilled.
Through personalised coaching, skill development, and advocacy, we strive to create opportunities for meaningful employment and career advancement, promoting equality and contributing to a more inclusive society. If you need support to gain the soft skills for employment and link into various industry.
Working Development Orders
A WDO (Work and Development Order) offers individuals with outstanding fines (issued by the State Debt Recovery Office) an opportunity to have their fines paid off through government subsidies by participating in approved activities, such as community service or educational courses.
If you are on a Centrelink payment, a low-income earner or have special circumstances that do not allow you to pay off your fine you may be eligible for the program. Reach out to us on the ‘contact us’ to find out if your eligible or chat further.
